History

Szostek & Partners was founded in 1990. During these years of doing business on the Polish market we have gained valuable experience in various fields such as: the consumer goods sector, sales and services, financial institutions, various kinds of manufacturing industries, telecommunication, information systems and the media.

We have helped many start-up firms new to the Polish market create their human resources structure almost from scratch as well as have supported our Clients during their difficult times of re-organisation.

We number among our Clients established lead global players including both private and state-run Polish companies.

During the gathering, storage and presentation of information we meet all the necessary conditions and statutes of confidentiality as required by law.

In addition, we require our Clients, to whom we provide information while working on an assignment, to act with the same foresight and caution and abide by the same rules of confidentiality.
